1. Who we are

We are a creative agency. We manage social media accounts on behalf of our clients. Our application, NEVERONMONDAY Social Kitchen, is an internal tool used by our team and by our clients to plan, approve and publish social media content for the accounts those clients own.

2. What data we process

When a client connects their Facebook Page and Instagram professional account, we receive and store: the page and account identifiers, the account name and profile picture, an access token, and the content our client asks us to publish (text, images, video, hashtags, scheduled time). After publishing we store the identifier of the published post and its public metrics such as reach, views and interactions.

We do not collect data about the followers or visitors of those accounts, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or share any data with third parties.

3. Why we process it

Solely to plan, publish and report on content for the accounts our clients have explicitly connected. We have no other use for it.

4. How long we keep it

Access tokens are kept for as long as the client keeps the account connected, and are deleted immediately when the connection is removed. Content and reporting data are kept for the duration of the agreement and for up to twelve months afterwards, after which they are deleted.

5. Deleting your data

A client can disconnect an account at any time inside the application, which deletes the token straight away. To have all data deleted, email hello@neveronmonday.be. See also our Data Deletion Instructions page. We complete deletion requests within thirty days.

6. Security

Data is stored on servers inside the European Union. Access tokens are stored encrypted and are never shown in the interface or shared with anyone outside our team.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may object to processing. Email hello@neveronmonday.be. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
